Worn By - Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.
  2. 2. We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
  3. 3. We send all complete orders within, UK: 3-5 working days and rest of the world: 7-10 working days of receiving the order.
  4. 4. If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary.
  5. 5. Credit/Debit cards will be charged at the time of placing your order. Please note that we do not accept American Express.
  6. 6. We accept payment in GBP Sterling only.
  7. 7. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.
  8. 8. Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer order following fulfilment will be made at our discretion.
  9. 9. Worn By reserves the right to contact any customer directly should there be suspicion of fraud prior to the order being completed.
  10. 10. By agreeing to these terms and conditions by ordering with us, the customer agrees that Worn By may, from time to time, send solicited email to the customer without prejudice and will not continue to do so if notified via email by the customer or by unsubscribing their data by using the relevant pages on the Worn By website.

  12. 12. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt, and with prior authorization from our returns department on +44 (0)20 8969 6182. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.

Items returned worn, with a perfume or deodorant stains and/or odor, washed, or handled inappropriately, will not be accepted and returned at the customer's expense. Upon receipt of your return, an inspection and approval will be processed.


Refunds

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days from the date of purchase, or 7 days of receipt of the goods. You may do this by emailing info@wornby.co.uk clearly stating your name, order number and that you wish to cancel. Unwanted goods must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags to ‘Worn By Returns’, Unit 13 Barley Shots Business Park, 246 Acklam Road, London W10 5YG. We recommend you use a carrier that provides parcel tracking as we will not be responsible for lost parcels.


Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed by us. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, but we do not refund postage costs.
